The position

The position is available at our head office in Roissy-en-France (95), located in the Paris Nord 2 business park.

Reporting to the Business Manager, your main missions are to :

Carry out studies of customer projects, from design to installation.
Ensure the follow-up of the different phases of execution of the projects
Intervene in the various processes required to follow up on the order until it is received by the customer.
Record orders after validation by the project manager
Carry out contract reviews in close collaboration with production
Editing and transmitting customer A/Rs, monitoring formal validation and acceptance (stamp and signature)
Ensure the follow-up of the production schedule
Edit/prepare packing lists, delivery notes and invoices
Ensure certification of origin and legalisation of mandatory documents
Check and inspect the perfect conformity of products, technical notices and packaging to NOVAIR standards before shipment
Organise and assign the various service providers (packaging, transport, etc.)
Enrich and update the database.
Carry out filing, reprography, typing and document formatting operations, etc.
Organise visits and travel (reservations, etc.) for the export team and clients


Profile

You are rigorous and highly organised in the management of projects while respecting deadlines and budgets.
You will be able to keep track of your files with great precision.
You have excellent interpersonal skills
You fully understand the technical implications of your commercial proposals


Experience

You have at least 3 years experience.


Skills

The technical knowledge required is in the following areas
Respecting processing deadlines
Control and optimisation of transport and packaging costs
Management of documentary credit without irregularities

Mastery of Pack Office and CRM


Education

BAC+ 2 International Trade

Fluent English required
