Job description

As part of the strong development that our group is currently experiencing, we are creating the position of Sales Operations Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for providing the sales teams and sales departments of our parent company and our international subsidiaries with the tools, methods and data necessary to make them highly effective, by various means:

- Participate in the animation of sales meetings
- Creating and deploying dashboards and KPIs
- Sharing KPIs with teams, analyzing gaps and proposing improvement actions
- Establish forecasts
- Optimize sales processes
- Implement sales methodologies
- Receive the needs/expectations of sales people to be more efficient, and lead improvement actions
- Develop our CRM (Salesforce) and other CRM tools, and implement new tools if necessary
- Participate in the recruitment of sales people
- Evaluate the training needs of sales representatives
- Coach salespeople in the use of Salesforce and CRM tools
- Analyze data

Skills required

Adaptability and ability to analyze data
Good general understanding of sales processes in order to optimize them
Excellent command of technologies and tools adapted to automate a maximum of tasks
Appetence for the digital world
Rigor on numbers and data
Empathy and ability to understand and accept feedback from the field

Profile

Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, creativity, sense of responsibility and respect for deadlines, ability to manage several projects simultaneously

Experience

At least 5 years experience in a similar role

Education

Graduate of a business school or equivalent

Languages

English fluent; Spanish is a plus

CRM platform (Salesforce ideally, Hubspot, ...)
Data Analytics and decision support software (Power BI, Tableau, ...)
Communication and collaborative management tools
Emails automation
Performance management software
