As part of the strong development that our group is currently experiencing in the field of medical fluids, we are recruiting a sales administration manager to join our export sales administration department.
The position is to be filled at our head office in Roissy-en-France (95), located in the Paris Nord 2 business park.
You will carry out design and installation project studies for the production and distribution of medical gases and project monitoring during the execution phase.
As such, you will be involved in all the phases required to follow up on the order until it is received by the customer:

Record customer orders once they have been validated by the Business Manager
Carry out contract reviews with production and the Business Manager
Edit and transmit the Customer A/R, follow their formal acceptance (stamp and signature)
Follow up the production schedule and keep the Business Manager informed
Edit/prepare packing lists, delivery notes and invoices
Make requests for certificates of origin, legalize all necessary documents
Ensure the perfect visual conformity of products and packaging to NOVAIR standards before shipment
Ensure the availability and conformity of technical notices
Organize pre-shipment inspections by control bodies when required
Organize customer transport and packaging services, controlling the margin generated, control and approve customer transport invoices
Manage documentary credits, request and follow up on customer payments including partial payment request invoices
Process non-conformities related to order processing, packaging or transportation.
Consult, enter or update data on computer
Carry out filing, reprography, typing and formatting of documents, etc.
Organize visits and travel (reservations, etc.) for the export team and customers

You have at least 3 years of experience.


Very comfortable with computers in general (word, excel, powerpoint and MS projects (or equivalent) in particular) and CAD in particular.


BAC+5 Engineering school or equivalent
Or Senior Technician + solid experience


Very good command of written and spoken French and English.
An additional language would be a plus
