Job description

As part of the strong development that our group is currently experiencing, we are creating the position of Marketing Operations Manager.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will participate in the implementation of the group's marketing strategy:

- Trade shows :
o Organisation and operational/logistical management of the group's participation in national and international trade shows
o Coordination with the departments involved (logistics, reception, sales, production)
o Pre/during and post-show communication: editorial creation dedicated to social network publications and newsletters
o Management of the digital interface of events to ensure optimal online visibility
o Budget and KPI monitoring

- Production and updating of marketing tools (price lists, product sheets, presentations, sales pitches, videos, summary of product signage)

- Administration of the Sigilium tool for the creation/update of collaborators' email signatures and associated banners

- Competitive intelligence on the web and social networks

Position based in Roissy en France (95). Occasional travel to NOVAIR's logistics platform (Compans 77), and sometimes to trade show sites

Required skills

Mastery of tools and software: Office pack, Adobe Suite (AI, Photoshop, Indesign)

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus

Experience

You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position

Education

Graduated from a business school with a specialisation in marketing

Languages

Very good command of French and English, both written and spoken.

Computer skills

Mastery of tools and software: Office pack, Adobe Suite (AI, Photoshop, Indesign)

Remuneration : According to profile
