NOVAIR, medical gas piping specialist: medical air piping equipment

The Novair medical air stations meet the hospitals, clinics and healthcare centers needs. Their design and their technical performance are above the requirements of both the EN 737-3 standard (previously the NF S 90-155 standard) and the medicinal air european pharmacopoeia (EurPh) monograph (previously the NF S 90-140 standard).

Novair is organized with an ISO 9001:2000 quality system certified by SQS.

The Novair medical gas piping equipment, medical vacuum, medical air stations and oxygen generators are certified and marked "CE medical device" according to the 93/42/EEC Directive (annex II).

Production: compressors
Each of the compressors works in alternation with the other(s), and is sized to provide the required output flow. All of the compressors are provided with their inlet filter, non return valves, security valve and discharge valve. The standard operating pressure is 10 bar. 13 bar versions are fully available upon request.
Different compression technologies are available upon request.
Treatment: medical air treatment lines
The medical air treatment line is essential to get "Medical air". It purifies the compressed air to the medical standards requirements. This makes the air treatment line a critical module within the air treatment line, and this is why its design and manufacturing were, are, and will be very carefully designed by our engineers.

Control and command: control panels
The control panel allows to operate and control the operating status of the medical air station, should you switch it in "manual" or "automatic" mode. It also displays the alarms, and allows to transmit them to remote locations.
Different control panels versions are available:
- electromechanical control panel, "Electromatic" type
- celectronic control panel, "Supervisor" Micro CPU type
Air tanks
All of the receivers are delivered complete, including all security and control devices, in their horizontal (compact stations) or vertical (modular or vertical stations) version.
The standard recevier version is certified and stamped 10/15 bar, with optionally 15/22.5 certification and stamp for high pressure stations. Galvanization is of course available.
